This is a honest account of my struggle to live as a Christian teen every day. My attempts not to lie to my parents, cheat on tests, and to trust God when I hate–err.. strongly dislike–my current situation. The music that fills my soul, the poems striking my heart. The books I enjoy, and thoughts or questions I wish to share.

I hope that this will not touch you but that it will open my heart and mind. I write these posts to help me think it through, accept the truth, and carry on. So, through Jesus Christ I pray you are touched. ~CMR~

Happy New Years!

So this New Year's day thousands of people are going to get drunk and supposedly start their year right.
How are you going to live the whole year, cause once you start there is no starting again.

After Christmas

After Christmas I just got to wondering... like, the day after Christmas all the stores are hosting Valentines day products. What happened to Christmas? Did our Christmas cheer and entire season end just like that?

My goal for this year is to keep my Christmas spirit last all year long.

Have you ever heard that phrase Christmas in July? What about Christmas all year long??!

Easter

Here comes Easter!
I am really excited for it! even though Easter isn't about candy and eggs exactly, I still like that part! :) Easter is really about Jesus dieing for us and then coming back to life! And not only that, but he did it all for us! us! sinful people of the Earth. we were the ones that the LORD chose to save! and he loves us! like a lot!

Even then, I still really like the candy part! :) and smiley faces! :)
